During my 27 day #RunningWhittIt Challenge,  I attempted to give myself a mental/spiritual boost by challenging myself to post daily affirmations (I tried but did not succeed. I ended up sharing some good ones though)!

Wednesday Affirmation

I try to practice paying attention to the long journey and remembering to build the healthy habits that I want to STAY in my life. I’ve been saying this very phrase to myself countless times today. READ THIS ALOUD IF YOU NEEDED THIS TOO! We have to say the things we need and want to be true, out-loud to give them a chance to materialize! Positive self talk is a great way to change our mental states from negative to positive!
