You will need:
3 garlic gloves
1-2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 yellow onion
1 cup of spinach
2 cups of grape tomatoes
4 servings of whole wheat pasta (measure according to the box)
4 chicken breasts
Step 2 – Heat up a skillet with 1 table spoon of olive oil on medium heat.
Step 3 – Next, add garlic and onions then sauté until onions are translucent.
Step 4 – Then, add veggies and cook to your desired tenderness.
Step 5 – Clean and season your chicken breasts with your choice of herbs and seasonings. * Be careful of those with sodium as they can raise blood pressure and lead to bloating. Cook chicken breasts until browned and to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 6 – Prepare your whole wheat noodles by packaged instructions.
Step 7 – Mix the veggies and whole wheat pasta. Serve your chicken on the side!
