This day I decided to do some Trap Yoga with my best friend @thevegandiva (on Instagram) in Central Park! She took a moment to #PauseWhittIt, with me (Day 5) and I was so grateful. We did #kapotasana#sarvangasana & #trikonasana. It was really fun and I’m looking forward to our next meeting! It’s also so great to have a best friend who shares your passion for health, wellness, and adventure!
