Mini-Yoga Journey (2)

Day 2 of my #PauseWhittIt challenge! Here’s my attempt at #Sarvangasana. It was actually pretty fun and I even started to sweat a little 😂. In some of the pictures you can see me getting just a bit better at the pose. I’m choosing to focus on how great my arms look instead of how mean gravity is lol. At some points I even felt myself falling backwards while in this position. I must admit, that was scary. I survived 20 minutes of pause today.
